IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will contact you if we have questions on your order but feel free to contact us if you have questions.

You will be sent an invoice from Paypal once we have finalized your order. Our preferred method of payment is through Paypal but you can pay with a check, cash or major credit card. We can either swipe your card at time of delivery or will accept the information over the phone.

Please only choose one cake flavor per dozen pops ordered. Any additional flavors chosen might delay your order.

This is the date you need the pops delivered/shipped by. We will make sure the pops arrive at this date specified.
Please place all orders at least 5 business days in advance, and at least 10 days if having them shipped.
If you need them sooner please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

One Wild Strawberry will not guarantee or refund any damaged products or delayed shipments. One Wild Strawberry will not be responsible for goods damaged or delayed due to weather, due to the recipient not being at the destination at the time of delivery, or due to product being left outside in warm or hot temperatures.

Not all of our cake pops contain nuts but we cannot guarantee our cake pops to be nut-free. So we suggest that if there is a nut allergy please let us know so we can make sure it won't be an issue.

Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of the order date.

Your order will not be started until payment or payment arrangements have been made. We typically request payment to made 5 days in advance in order to secure your order date and make sure your order will be made the freshest possible.
